I am Sanghamitra Das, founder of AARAK – School of Sacred Healing Arts, Reiki Grandmaster, Sound Healer, Tarot Reader, Spiritual Therapist, and guide on the path of healing and self-discovery.
My work is rooted in a simple yet profound truth: healing is not something that is given—it is something that is remembered.
Each of us carries within a wellspring of wisdom, resilience, and innate healing intelligence. Yet life, with its experiences, wounds, and conditioning, can often distance us from that inner knowing. My role is not to heal you, but to create a sacred space where you can reconnect with the healer that already resides within.

Through Reiki, Sound Healing, Tarot, Energy Work, Spiritual Guidance, and transformative learning experiences, I support individuals in releasing what no longer serves them and returning to a deeper state of balance, clarity, and wholeness. Every session, course, and healing circle is offered with the intention of nurturing not only healing, but also self-awareness, empowerment, and spiritual growth.

As an extension of this vision, every Thursday we gather in Rishikesh at our studio space in Tapovan for a sacred group healing experience, co-facilitated with Ananda, founder of Adhyakula.
Through meditation, sound, Reiki, and collective intention, we come together in community to rest, reconnect, and remember the healing wisdom that resides within us all.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of witnessing countless individuals rediscover their strength, awaken their intuition, and reconnect with the wisdom of their soul. It is this transformation—the journey from seeking to remembering—that continues to inspire my work.
