Cancellation & Refund Policy
At AARAK School of Sacred Healing Arts, we value mutual respect, energetic commitment, and mindful scheduling. We kindly request all clients and students to carefully review our cancellation and refund policy before booking any session, consultation, training, or healing service.
Policy Acceptance
By booking a session, course, consultation, or healing service with AARAK School of Sacred Healing Arts, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Course / Sessions Fee Payment
All course, training, retreat, healing sessions and certification program fees must be paid in full at the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by AARAK School of Sacred Healing Arts.
For workshops, certification courses, retreats, and trainings, or any sessions - deposits and registration fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and scheduling.
Full payment for each Reiki training level — including Level 1, Level 2, and Reiki Master Teacher Training — is required at the commencement of the course to confirm and reserve participation.
For students enrolled in Reiki Mastership Programs or Reiki Teacher Training Courses, once Level 1 training has been completed and the student has progressed into Level 2 or subsequent stages of the program, the course fee becomes strictly non-refundable due to the reserved training space, energetic commitment, and structured progression of the program.
Certain healing sessions require advance payment at the time of booking due to the energetic and preparatory work involved; we kindly request clients to choose their sessions mindfully, and in case of missed appointments or no-shows, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Missed Appointments & No-Shows
If a client is unable to attend or does not show up for a scheduled session after payment has been made, the fee is generally non-refundable.
However, if prior notice has been provided and the organization has not incurred a loss of scheduled work or reserved time, AARAK may consider a partial or full refund at its discretion.
Alternatively, the amount paid may be transferred toward another future service within the next 2 months, subject to availability and prior communication with AARAK School of Sacred Healing Arts.
Customized Course Scheduling & Private Training Requests
For students requesting customized course dates, private trainings, or alternative schedules outside the regular batch timings, the course fee may differ from the standard pricing offered for scheduled group trainings.
To confirm a customized or privately scheduled course, full payment must be made in advance prior to the commencement of the training.
Fees paid for customized trainings or specially arranged course schedules are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. As these arrangements require dedicated scheduling adjustments, reserved time, preparatory planning, and operational commitments made specifically for the participant, AARAK School of Sacred Healing Arts is unable to offer cancellations or refunds once the booking has been confirmed.
