1. Nature of Reiki & Energy Healing Services

Reiki and other healing modalities offered through AARAK School of Sacred Healing Arts are holistic energy-based practices intended to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, energetic balance, spiritual awareness, and personal growth. These healing sessions may promote a sense of peace, clarity, grounding, and overall wellbeing by working with the body’s subtle energy systems.

All healing modalities offered by AARAK, including Reiki, chakra balancing, crystal healing, aura healing, sound healing, intuitive guidance, and other sacred healing arts, are complementary wellness practices and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Our services do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or claim to cure illness or disease. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed medical or mental health professionals whenever necessary. Any information shared during sessions, trainings, or consultations is intended solely for spiritual, educational, and holistic wellness purposes.

By participating in healing sessions or courses, clients acknowledge full responsibility for their personal health, wellbeing, decisions, and healing journey.

2. Informed Consent & Confidentiality

At AARAK, we value clarity, transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect between practitioner and client. By booking a session, consultation, course, or healing service, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of energy healing work and voluntarily choose to participate.

All personal information shared during sessions or communications will be kept confidential and handled with integrity and discretion. We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to third parties unless required by law.

3. Role of the Practitioner

Clients understand that the practitioner, Sanghamitra Das, acts as a facilitator and conduit for healing energy and spiritual guidance. Healing is a collaborative and individual process, and each person’s experience may differ.
Clients acknowledge that healing and transformation are deeply personal journeys that require openness, self-awareness, personal responsibility, and ongoing inner work beyond individual sessions.
Energy healing sessions are intended to support energetic alignment and wellbeing; however, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed. The healing process varies according to each individual’s emotional state, energetic receptivity, lifestyle, personal circumstances, willingness for change, and other contributing factors.
Clients understand that spiritual and energetic healing modalities are subtle practices that may unfold gradually over time and should not be interpreted as immediate or guaranteed solutions.

4. Practitioner Commitment

AARAK and its practitioners are committed to holding a safe, respectful, compassionate, and supportive space for all individuals receiving healing services or trainings. Our intention is to serve with integrity, awareness, and professionalism while honoring the sacred nature of healing work and personal transformation.

We reserve the right to discontinue practitioner-client relationships if deemed no longer beneficial or aligned for either party. Where appropriate, referrals to other practitioners or professionals may be recommended.

5. Client Rights & Responsibilities

All healing sessions, consultations, courses, and trainings must be paid for prior to the scheduled appointment or commencement date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients have the right to respectful, ethical, and professional care. Open communication is encouraged, and clients are welcome to express questions, concerns, or preferences at any stage of the healing process.
Clients are responsible for communicating any discomfort, emotional distress, or desire to pause or discontinue a session at any time. Participation in all healing sessions and spiritual practices is entirely voluntary.
If a client chooses to discontinue a session once it has begun, refunds may not be applicable unless otherwise specified within AARAK’s policies.
