Why Reiki Level I ?

The Awakening

Reiki Level I is where most people begin — not just with Reiki, but with themselves.

It is a gentle introduction to energy healing and a space to slow down, reconnect, and become more aware of your own energy, emotions, and inner world. Many people come to Reiki looking for healing, clarity, peace, or simply because they feel called toward something deeper.

In this level, you learn the traditional foundations of Usui Reiki, how to channel healing energy, and how to practice Reiki on yourself and others. But more than that, it often becomes the beginning of a personal shift — becoming more present, intuitive, grounded, and connected to yourself.

You do not need to be “gifted” or spiritual enough to begin. Just openness, willingness, and the intention to learn.
